For many years, Global Baptist Training Foundation has committed its resources to training national pastors and church leaders all over the world. These trained pastors, evangelists, and other church personnel have started hundreds of churches and evangelized thousands of new believers in Jesus Christ. The reasons for their effectiveness in ministry is simple; they already know the languages, understand how to navigate their own cultures, and sincerely love their own people. When asked, the indigenous all over the world do not necessarily want money or material resources for ministry. They want the best training that they can get, and when they are equipped and empowered for ministry the results can be simply astounding.
