03/14/25 Classes, Classes Everywhere

Training nationals to train nationals means multiplication.  That is obvious through the number of churches being planted AND in the numbers of pastors and church leaders being theologically trained.  For example, here are a few of the Global Baptist Training Foundation classes this month alone.

GBTF has classes in several other countries as well.  We will feature these classes in future updates.   We just want to show you how quickly the training of nationals is multiplying with nationals training other nationals.  

Your giving makes all of these classes a reality.  For pennies on the dollar in comparison with funding western personnel, tens of thousands of national pastors and church leaders are being soundly, Biblically, and theologically trained.  These trained pastors go on to start new churches who are seeing a multitude of people come to faith in Jesus Christ as Savior.  What an exciting work this is!

We would like to ask prayer for South Sudan Trainer Samuel Mambo’s sixth month old daughter, Grace.  She is hospitalized with malaria.  

We also rarely share a financial need, but we have one. We are taking a team to Uganda in August. Working with several of our church plants and trainers in this area, we will be sharing the gospel in schools, in villages, and through evening sports camps.  Several of our team need help with funding.  The trip will cost about $4000 per person.  If you would like to help send a crew to Uganda, please designate your funds for that purpose!
