04/04/25 This Week at GBTF
Needs Met:
We are thankful to report that ALL of the needs mentioned in our last email have been met by faithful donors. We are humbled at the generous GBTF team that surrounds us! Thank you! We will sharing other needs (motorcycles, etc.) in upcoming emails.
The Student Becomes the Teacher:
We noticed that Pastor Brasswell (GBTF South Africa Director/Trainer) had posted two pictures in his Facebook! So, we borrowed them to share with you! The first picture is of the graduation day when Pastor Brasswell completed his GBTF training and received his diploma. The second picture is of Pastor Brasswell teaching a GBTF class in Malawi. The student has become the teacher. THIS IS GBTF! Train the nationals to train the nationals. Pastor Brasswell has become a valued leader in GBTF Africa!

Intentional Multiplication:
When one trained national trains 50-75 other nationals pastors and church leaders, the intentional multiplication GBTF is known for occurs. Here is a recent class in Zambia that shows this multiplication in progress. In any given week, there are as many as a dozen GBTF classes multiplying the training. This class was also taught by Pastor Brasswell.

See Here is Water:
We are gathering data for our first quarter report to give you some astounding results. We know there are 310 churches that have started in the first quarter of this year with many who have come to faith in Jesus Christ and have been baptized. Here are two examples of these baptisms. The water may be murky and shallow, but it does not stop these new believers from being obedient to the command of Jesus to be baptized as a public testimony of their faith.

Video: Baptism in Malawi:
This email has followed the journey of one GBTF national trainer – Pastor Brasswell. We have over 100 other national trainers who are training others all over Africa. We thank God for the work He is doing through Global Baptist Training Foundation. Please visit www.globaltrain.org to see more or to become a partner.
