07/19/24 2nd Quarter Report – Part 1

We are beginning to get reports from the church plants that have been started by GBTF-trained pastors for the second quarter of 2024.   While the results are incomplete, we could not wait to share these initial numbers.    We will update again as more reports come in.

This chart indicates that just 100 of our 455 church plants are reporting, and yet nearly 3,000 people came to faith in Christ in this second quarter.   When you consider that 6,500 people were saved in the first quarter,  this means nearly 10,000 people have been saved thus far in 2024 through Global Baptist Training Foundation church plants.  Many of these church plants are in remote areas where the gospel has never been accessible.  We can only say Glory to God for the great things He is doing.   We have many pictures below of those saved and baptized.  

We have two prayer requests.  

1.  One of our trainers, Ntare Rodgers, was in a motorcycle crash – a hit and run. He has a severely injured foot and a smashed motorcycle. Please pray for healing and the ability to repair his motorcycle which is his transportation to the classes he is teaching. 

2. One of our church plants in Ethiopia had their church building collapse during heavy rain.  We would like to help with the repairs of this building.  If you feel led to help, please let us know.
