08/22/24 Nationals Training Nationals

One of the highlights of our recent trip to Uganda was the chance to have 11 of our national trainers together! They all took time from their own ministries and teaching schedules, and paid their own way, to join us for the dedication of the new building GBTF donors have built for the Rwantainga Acts Bible Baptist Church!

On Monday, we had a meeting with these national trainers.  They are all excited about their ministry of training other nationals.  Having completed our GBTF theological training AND additional trainer training, they are busy scheduling and teaching hundreds of other national pastors and church leaders.  These trainers are intelligent, forward thinking, and motivated. 

We were able to deliver business cards, cell phones, and other equipment to help make them more successful.  We wish each of you could meet and know these exceptional servants of God!   

This is the mission of Global Baptist Training Foundation, and it is also the reason for the amazing success in training, church planting, and  evangelism.  Nationals DO IT BETTER!

In Liberia, training of the youth is growing.  Using our theological training materials, Timothy gathers a group of young adults who are desiring to know more about the Bible.  

Timothy writes, “You will not believe what God in doing through this training and how many young people are giving their lives to Christ!”   We admit, this is not something we envisioned when we began the ministry of training nationals. Timothy says that in his most recent class, 30 young adults came to know Christ as Savior.   All we can say is, “Praise the Lord!”
