Groundbreaking in Guinea

This is an over-flowingly joyous day. The church plant in Guinea, started by pastors trained by Global Baptist Training Foundation and pastored by a GBTF trained pastor, broke ground for their building today. After hundreds of church plants, what makes this one momentous?  We have a new partner committed to building church buildings in developing nations. This is the first of what we hope will be hundreds of buildings for new church plants with trained pastors. What an amazing combination of Biblical components!

Sometimes we feel that reporting the number of trained pastors and new church plants gets to be commonplace for our GBTF supporters. With 131 new church plants currently in process in 2023, the number is nearly 500 total church plants. We are thankful that another ministry partner, Advance, continues to support new church plants as fast as we can get pastors trained!

But if it seems commonplace, examine the faces in the pictures and video. These are people. They are people in Guinea. Most have been saved and baptized through the evangelism of Liberian pastors who came into Guinea to plant a church. Each face is a soul touched by the partnerships of Global Baptist Training Foundation.

Don’t be weary in well doing (including your continued giving). God is using our partnership of giving and going to see pastors trained, churches planted, and people saved, baptized, and discipled.  What an over-flowingly joyous day!
