08/23/23 131 New Churches Thriving in Africa

We are thrilled that Global Baptist Training Foundation trained pastors are now planting (starting) 131 brand new churches throughout Africa.  The 41 new churches in Liberia have reported over 500 people saved and baptized in the first quarter of 2023.  In addition, there are 22 new church plants in Rwanda, 18 church plants in Burundi, 15 church plants in Tanzania, 14 church plants in Ethiopia, 12 church plants in Kenya, and 10 church plants in Malawi.  In June, a new group of church plants were launched with funding from our partner, ADVANCE, who support these church planters for one year as they get a new church off the ground.  Here are just a few pictures of some of these new church and new converts.
