09/04/23 National Training Nationals
Global Baptist Training Foundation’s classes around the world bring college level theological training to pastors and church leaders who have no access to or ability to pay for such education. Most of the donors who fund the GBTF training have caught a vision for what is possible when you equip, motivate, and mobilize indigenous trainers who will train others. The results speak for themselves – thousands of church leaders trained and equipped, hundreds of churches planted, and many lives transformed by the gospel.
One of our newest trainers is Pastor Naboth from Uganda. Having completed all of our GBTF training, Naboth is now helping to plant and encourage village churches. And he is a national who is now training other nationals. He is training a group of 22 in Western Uganda this week! What does that look like? They are using the GBTF produced materials that we entrust to every person who attends our classes. They duplicate them. They study them. And our graduates teach what they have been taught.. In this case, Pastor Naboth has even had a sign made! He is a humble leader with a heart for his nation and great aptitude to teach what he has learned!
Please pray for Naboth and all of the class participants. This same story is beginning to be repeated all over Africa. Enjoy the pictures of this Western Uganda GBTF class!
You may recognize Pastor Naboth, his wife, Esther, and their son, Brite who also is a GBTF graduate.
