05/15/24 Nationals Reproduce Teaching

Rwanda

We continue to be encouraged as our 50 national trainers reproduce the training they have received.  These classes occur every week all across Africa.  

Fidele had a large class in Rwanda.  We have previously reported about the revival that broke out among these pastors.   Below is a link to a video of these pastors completing their courses and singing on graduation day!

Uganda

Pastor Naboth Atusasire’s son, Brite, has just held a class in Uganda as well. This class had both men and women who wanted to know more about studying the Bible. We’ve included a video of this class as well.

South Sudan

Pastor Samuel has just completed a class in South Sudan. These beleaguered pastors and church leaders labor among the refugee camps, and their zeal to obtain training is such a conviction to those of us who have so many resources at our fingertips.

Women’s Training

Grace is thrilled, as we all are, to see Alice, Fidele’s wife, teaching women using the women’s curriculum of Global Baptist Training Foundation. The goal for the future is to see many women trainers training women in every nation in Africa.

We have one need to present.  Several of our trainers need laptop computers.   We plan to send money to purchase them on site in Africa.   The total cost for 5 laptops is about $ 1,500.    These computers are used to show the Jesus Film for evangelizing, to house course materials and graduation forms, to keep attendance records, etc.
